Rare and vintage Vivienne Westwood bustle skirt made from crimson red wool, a fabric which was traditionally worn by the British aristocracy during the sport of fox hunting, which became a signature textile for Westwood after her Harris Tweed collection in 1987. The brass buttons on the skirt are also a reference to the habit of the traditional huntsman.
The skirt is in perfect condition, lined in Westwood's classic flesh toned satin lining. 100% wool, Made in Italy.
