Rare skirt with leg attachment by label, Gladrags from the 1990s. The skirt was purchased from the now defunct Allan and Suzi shop in NYC. A rare piece from a legendary now gone store! The skirt has a black lace waistband and a leg piece that can be worn attached or detached.
