Gorgeous and rare 70s or early 80s dress by Chantal Thomass. The dress is a trapeze style with dramatic oversized ruffle sleeves and trim. Can be worn fully or partially off the shoulder. Opulent and versatile dress. Open size. One small mark (see last image) that might come out with washing otherwise in excellent condition!
