Vintage Chantal Thomass Pewter Drop Waist Ruffle Dress

Rare 80s or early 90s Chantal Thomass liquid like maxi dress with flounce skirt and drop waist. The dress is a luxe pewter color and made of a slinky viscose and has a tie at the waist. It's slightly off the shoulder. In excellent vintage condition.
