Very unique jacket by hard to find designer, Sadaharu Hoshino. The jacket can be worn two entirely separate ways -- the design of the jacket is mind boggling for this reason. It has straps, cutout lapels, fringe, and many buttons. It has a slinky yet tailored look. Size 38. Some signs of wear on the jacket (see last images).
