Rare c 1908 Eyelet Daisy Formal Tea Skirt
$210
Rare Edwardian c.1908, formal cotton wedding tea skirt with descending eyelet daisies culminating in dense whitework daisies at the scalloped hem. Almost psychedelic! This skirt was likely meant to be worn with a fashionable an 'S-bend' corset as foundation, so the cut is ultra high waisted, with the bodice of the skirt a sheer single layer of cotton. The bottom is double layered and very long. The cotton is so soft and feels amazing against the skin. The skirt is in very strong, wearable condition. There are a few faint marks that are probably from decades of storage, because the skirt overall is clean and looks barely worn.
