Vintage 1980s Edwardian inspired Tape Lace duster by Norma Kamali. The duster has an intricate design and is sweeping in length with extra long sleeves as well. The cowl neck collar can also be draped over as a hood. 100% Cotton lace. Marked size 6 but is fairly open size.
