Late 1800s French Bloomers

These exceptional late 1800s/ early 1990s voluminous bloomers are made with gathered cotton and a cinching drawstring at the back of the waist creating more volume and drama! The bloomers also feature a closed crotch (not typical), so they can be easily worn as pants. They are trimmed with lovely filet lace and gold silk ribbon. They are in excellent condition.
