Kyoichi Fujita Silver Paper Set
$250
1990s/Early 2000s Kyoichi Fujita silver top and skirt set. The skirt is coated in a silver "skin" giving it the almost paper like effect, a signature technique he is known for. The bottom of the skirt is translucent with cracking roses, another motif Fujita repeated in his designs. The top has a gradated op-art bubble pattern and it cut on the bias, tying with a scarf on one side. It fades into the skirt beneath it giving it an optical effect. The combination of the two separates create a futuristic feeling mixed with fading romanticism.
