Jean Paul Gaultier 1980s Bateau Set

Rare bateau set by Jean Paul Gaultier from the 1980s. Such a collectible and not often seen early work by Gaultier! The set includes a pair of stretchy knit knee length shorts and a matching shirt with an attached polka dot shawl. The top has quarter length sleeves and falls off the shoulders. The shorts have a beautiful black lace trim. The shawl can be tied at the front or worn untied. The last few images show similar styles by Gaultier in 'Vogue' during the 80s.
