Hisui Drop-Waist Dress

Strapless drop-waist dress by Japanese label Hisui, started by Hiroko Ito in 2005, from their 2006-2007 runway presentation. The top of the dress is made from a silky ticking fabric and gives the illusion of being "tucked in" to the skirt. The bottom of the dress is pleated like a schoolgirl skirt with different pieces of elastic running through so it can be worn ruched or pulled down. It has a unique print of purple argyle with lime green mirrors and false eyelashes scattered around. It has a stretchy band across the bust and the drop waist, so it can fit many sizes.
