Fötus Neon Tube Armband

Rare arm jewelry piece by early 2000s Japanese fashion label, Fötus. The piece has a leather wristband and finger straps connected by bright neon pink tubes. It's a very unique piece! There is some flaking on the inside of the leather pieces (priced accordingly). One size fits most.
