Edwardian day dress made of striped printed paper weight cotton interspersed with a large twining vermicular print in mauve and brown. These prints were quite in vogue at the turn of the century. They were seen as quite modern as they reference scientific advances of gazing at matter through a microscope. The dress is in strong and wearable condition, with care as is is over 100 years old. It has scattered age related imperfections. Perfect spring and summer dress.
