Cultura "Handle with Care" Dress

Rare Andy Warhol for Cultura dress that says "Handle with Care Glass Thank You." The dress is covered with a lace and trim assemblage. It has a delicate frayed trim. There's a side zipper on the dress. There is some discoloration under the arms and light staining (see last images).
