Condire / 20471120 Sheer Patchwork Dress

Rare dress by 20471120 offshoot, Condire from the late 90s. The dress is made of a stiff beige tulle material. It appears to be patched together with velvet ribbon strips overlayed on top. The dress has a sculptural pleated quality. There's a small tear in the fabric (see last image) but this does not affect the wearability of the garment.
