Chapeàu Claudette Paper Fascinator

Unusual paper hat from the 1980s by Chapeàu Claudette. The hat was a 1980s rebranding by Chapeàu Claudette of the typical paper vase hat style. This particular hat has added feathers and an elastic band to attach on the head. There's a tag on the inside as well. The elastic band is a bit worn so the hat is priced accordingly.
