Rare vintage dress by Chantal Thomass from either the late 80s or early 90s. The dress is a unique design with a faux pinafore attached to a black velvet bodycon dress. The pinafore has an illusion criss cross back and tie. In excellent vintage condition! The dress is stretchy.
