Bernhard Willhelm Poetic Text Blouse

Rare Bernhard Willhelm slightly pleated blouse with poetic text. The front says: "ANTI ITCH VOID CART" and the back says "GILT AIRY MEGA BORE." There are faux gold buttons along the front of the top with anchors on them.
