90s Vivienne Westwood Longsleeve Cream Corset

Stunning and rare long-sleeve version of Westwood's iconic Basque corset. It is the 1990s Milan era red label with just 'Vivienne Westwood' on the label.The fabric is a cream/light yellow, extremely lightweight stretch wool. It features her multicolored embroidered orb on the front of the Basque. The corset has some puckering on the fabric where there is boning. Perhaps due to a dry cleaning mishap, (FYI you can always hand-wash wool in cold), so it is being sold AS IS. Other than this stated condition issue, it is in excellent condition! There are no stains, marks, or moth holes. The lining too is in pristine condition. In some ways its pre-existing condition issues may alleviate the stress of preserving or collecting this type of piece. It can be truly worn and enjoyed. Marked size 44.
