Rare dress by Ozbek from the 1990s. The dress is a futuristic flapper style with a dramatic black fringe hem. The lower half of the dress is made of changeable blue velvet with a bright teal velvet band. It has an asymmetrical hem-- pointed at the front and back. In excellent vintage condition!
