90s Jean-Paul Gaultier Neon Orange Jumper

90s or early 2000s Gaultier Jean's neon orange jumper. The jumper has an oversized pocket in the front and adjustable straps. There's also a handle at the bottom of the skirt to hold. Pretty open size.
