80s Claude Petin Tinker Bell Dress

Rare and beautiful dress by designer, Claude Petin, from the 1980s. The dress has fabulous iridescent wing accents on the hips reminiscent of Tinker Bell. The straps can be worn off the shoulder or worn upright. Unfortunately, the fabulous label was lost at the dry cleaners. There are some barely noticeable spots on the dress.
