20471120 Tulle Skirt

Rare black tulle skirt by label 20471120 from the late 90s. The skirt has a sculptural and dramatic silhouette. It has an elasticated waistband and is open size on the hips, so it can fit a variety of sizes. It's a versatile garment and can be layered under a variety of clothing pieces (see the last image for a styling example). Some signs of wear on the tulle, but it doesn't affect the garment's wearability.
