20471120 Miniskirt with Draping Sash Detail

Extremely rare 90s vintage skirt by 20471120 in a blue and white ticking fabric. The skirt has long sashes that can be worn long, draped, or tied at the front or back. Back has a ruched grey fabric that creates almost like a bustle effect, which can be worn back or front ways. The skirt also has versatile zippers on the front so that the waistband can be partially detached. Marked size M.
