1989 Vivienne Westwood Frame Dress

Vivienne Westwood black cotton dress with embroidered baroque orb picture frame. The dress comes from Westwood's "Civilizade" Spring/Summer 1989 collection. The dress has a tie at the back that creates a waist cinching silhouette. Of course it can be worn with the tie open as well.
