1980s Chantal Thomass Bubble Hobbling Skirt

1980s Chantal Thomass skirt made of cotton shirting. The skirt is made of a dramatic volume of gathered fabric creating a knee-length bubble with a pleated hem. The waistband has been slightly altered to make it bigger by moving the hook closure over an inch--it can easily be moved back if you want a more cinched waistband. Otherwise in excellent vintage condition!
