1950s Kleinerts Rubber Petal Swim Cap

"Olympic Sava-Wave" bathing cap by Kleinert Rubber Co. which is a manufacturer specializing in waterproof products which was founded in Queens in 1869. They made waterproof bathing caps as early as 1900. This cap is probably from the 50s but could be a bit earlier is made of soft rubber that feels like a balloon. Quite comfortable to wear and in excellent vintage condition.
