1880s Tiered Muslin Skirt with Embroidered Greek Key
$150
Beautiful Victorian skirt from the 1880s, meant to be worn with a bustle. Made of a lovely lightweight muslin fabric. The back is tightly gathered at the waist and the front features a three - tiered design and each tier is trimmed in lovely openwork eyelet and vibrant red embroidery. The waist closes with a large lovely MOP button. The skirt is being sold as is with scattered damage (rips and discoloration) throughout. There is a large rip on the righthand side of the 2nd tier which could be sewn back together or left as is. Overall the skirt's fabric is still strong and wearable.
