All sales are final. No returns or cancellations.

For express and insured shipping please inquire prior to purchase.

We are not responsible for lost items. We offer insured shipping. Please inquire further if you wish to have your order sent insured.

We are not responsible for orders that were not picked up from the post office by the customer or for packages that were attempted to be delivered unsuccessfully. If an item is lost due to failure of picking up/receiving the package no refund will be provided.

If an item is sent back to us for reasons outside of our control, the shipping cost must be paid again by the customer.

Customs fees on orders outside of the US must be paid by the customer.
