Faux Ermine Regency Shrug

Blue spandex dance-wear shrug with a faux ermine print. The fabric is handprinted and each one is unique. The cut of the blouse is based on Regency era garments. There are puffed sleeves with tulle lining to keep their shape. The blouse has snap closures and ties that can be wrapped around or worn untied. Extremely stretchy. One size fits most.
